1.1 We do not ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands etc. We ship to other destinations at our own discretion, we can reject orders outside our standard shipping areas.
1.2 All item prices (excluding fuel additives) on our website are inclusive of postage worldwide unless otherwise stated.
1.3 All orders worldwide qualify for free shipping in UK Mainland Only (T&C apply)*.
1.4 All standard orders are sent out using Royal Mail 1st class service.
1.5 Normal delivery times are UK: 1-2 business days, Europe: 3-5 business days, Rest of World: 5-7 business days. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed.
1.6 All orders sent via courier must be accepted with a signature upon delivery under all circumstances unless you instruct as to “leave safe”. Goods left without signature at the customer’s request are at the customer's own risk.
1.7 Goods will only be deemed as lost if we cannot locate them through tracking or items fail to arrive within 14 days UK deliveries, 28 days for rest of world from initial despatch.
1.8 Any goods deemed as lost will be replaced subject to varying delivery timescales.
1.9 We are not obliged to provide delivery details and as such all delivery information is supplied at our discretion only.
1.10 All international orders will be despatched using “Royal Mail Air Mail” or a suitable courier. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of standard items.
1.11 Delivery drivers and staff are not obliged to assist any further than placing deliveries onto your premises Due to restrictions with shippers insurance, the delivery service will only be able to deliver to your front door or the main entrance to the building should you live in a flat, and will not be able to take this any further.
1.12 We ensure all items are despatched in the condition specified in the listing and are packed suitably in all cases by our dedicated handling staff.
1.13 Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver your item within the specified time or, if no date has been agreed, (within a reasonable time from the date of your order). However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will deliver your items as soon as is reasonably possible.
1.14 You must inform us within 16 days UK, 30 days rest of world if the goods are lost in transit, if damaged in transit please inform us immediately so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
1.15 You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
1.16 You must ensure you provide us with correct delivery address, email and telephone number details prior to despatch. Failure to do so may result in items being returned to us. You will be liable for re-delivery charges should this occur in all circumstances.
1.17 All orders processed are subject to current Consumer Contracts Regulations
1.18 All applicable orders received before 2:00pm GMT will be despatched same day, for Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. All orders received after 2.00pm GMT will be despatched the following working day. We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours but cannot guarantee delivery timescales as they may differ by location. In the UK approximately 98% of all orders arrive next day where applicable.
1.19 Opening hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 4:30pm GMT (excluding Bank Holidays). No items will be shipped outside of these times.
1.20 Extended area surcharges may apply to certain overseas locations. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges prior to despatch, and will duly inform the customer. You will be given the rightful option to cancel or proceed with the order in these circumstances.
